Highland Fairways was the first 55+ neighborhood in Mesquite, Nevada. This beautiful gated community consists of 127 well-constructed single-family homes. The Primrose model features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den that can be used as a guest bedroom or extra entertaining space. The Chapparal floor plan features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Saguaro model features two bedrooms, an optional den, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. All homes come with an attached two-car garage and a covered patio.
